Have you ever felt like you were floating through life? Then, BOOM! Life happened out of nowhere.
You may have been in this situation at one point or maybe you’re in it now.
I recently listened to a podcast, and one of the hosts made an amazing point about seeing life’s circumstances.
“A lot of times we’re being pulled back like an arrow to be propelled forward,” the host said.
The host also went on to say that trials are like launching pads that lead to phenomenal outcomes.
I believe this is where hope has to be activated to the highest level to visualize the bigger picture.
Imagine this with me. The circumstances pull us backwards only to push us further than we can see.
This sounds great in hindsight, but the process often doesn’t look or feel great.
It’s a fact that the process isn’t always fun. It comes with pain, heartache, tears (sometimes lots of them) and confusion.
On the other hand, we’re formed during the process. Our identity starts to become clearer, and we’re able to move throughout life with a renewed mindset.
I definitely haven’t mastered the process, but I’m learning that it only takes one step at a time.
One prayer at a time, one conversation at a time, one victory at a time…
However your process looks or feels, know that you’re not alone. There’s better for us on the other side.
