What’s going on?
It seems like we’re on day 1,091 of quarantine, and I’m sick of this. I miss a lot of things right now.
I miss buying overpriced coffee with my friends and meeting for dinner.
I miss traveling (I should have at least two trips planned by now).
I miss going to church.
I miss shopping in stores for clothes, candles, etc.
I’ve recently found myself reminiscing on photos and videos pre-Rona (COVID-19) and saying, “If only I could go back.”

How many of us have said that?
How many of us wish we could go back and really soak in those moments?
Nevertheless, I’m continuing to take this quarantine journey day by day and learning to not take present and future moments for granted. I’m also taking in as much positivity as possible.
Here are a few inspirational quotes I came across this week.
“Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Keep going. Tough situations build strong people in the end.”
Roy T. Bennett
“Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.”
Victor Hugo
“It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to, has power over you, if you allow it.”
Leon Brown
“When things change inside you, things change around you.”

Continue to stay strong as we get through this together!
